Dante Simonetti

Assistant Professor of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering in the Samueli School of Engineering at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and the Co-Founder of SeaChange Inc., the Grand Prize Winner of the Temasek Foundation’s 2021 Liveability Challenge. Prior to his appointment at UCLA, he was an R&D project leader at UOP-Honeywell where he led the development of several new technologies for multi-contaminant removal from industrial process streams. Dante’s expertise is in the area of catalytic reaction synthesis, adsorptive separation processes, and process integration and intensification.
